Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on bath and beauty products. If there is an issue with an order, please contact us and we will either issue a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances. If the item is damaged during transit, all claims must be made through the shipping carrier. Please contact us and we will assist you with the process if this should happen.


All continental US orders under $50 will be shipped for a flat fee of $7 and all orders over $50 will qualify for free shipping. *NOTE*We do not offer free, flat or discounted shipping on oversized woodwork items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and due to those restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
